The Prompt Mobile Milk Collection & Cooling System (MMCC) is a Vehicle -mounted, self-contained milk procurement solution that integrates milk collection, quality testing, weighing, rapid chilling, and digital payment processing into a single mobile platform. Designed for villages where fixed milk collection centres and Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs) are economically unviable, MMCC enables dairies to collect, test, and chill milk directly at the point of collection while maintaining milk quality throughout the procurement journey.
The Prompt MMCC uses Thermal Storage Technology to provide rapid milk chilling during collection without relying on continuous grid power. Rapid Chilling to ≤4°C – Prompt Thermal Storage Technology enables rapid chilling and maintains milk temperature throughout the collection route without relying on continuous grid power. The system is pre-charged at the dairy plant and stores cooling energy, enabling milk to be chilled to ≤4°C throughout the collection route. This ensures reliable cold-chain operation even in remote villages with limited electricity availability.

Transparent Milk Testing & Fair Payments
The integrated milk analyzer measures FAT, SNF, Density, and Added Water before milk is accepted. Milk quantity, quality parameters, and payable amount are displayed instantly, ensuring complete transparency in milk procurement and quality-based farmer payments.
Preserves Milk Quality During Collection
Milk is transferred immediately to the integrated Bulk Milk Cooling Tank, where it is chilled to ≤4°C using Prompt’s Thermal Storage Technology. Rapid chilling minimizes bacterial growth, maintains milk freshness, and preserves milk quality throughout transportation to the dairy plant.
